KEY POINT #4: Never hesitate to contact me. I will consult with you to improve the functionality of your newsletter and give you hints on how to use it effectively, including the MS Publisher or MS Word software.  If you have a critical incident or an important issue affecting your workplace, or if you want an article for your newsletter that addresses a specific topic, let me know. I will do a key word search and will email you a relevant article to replace the one you want to switch out. There is no extra charge for this service if you request not more than three replacements per year. After three replacements, this service is $11.95 per article.

You can also request articles on specific topics. I will put these requests in my line up for a future issues within 60 days. If I have recently written an article on the topic you are requesting, I will attempt to spin it a different way if possible. It's fairly rare that I can't accommodate a subscriber's request.

As you can see, I give a lot of personal attention to subscribers. I am available at my desk about 10 hours a day, so feel free to give me phone call anytime with your questions.

Get a free trial subscription by completing the order form on this page. There is no risk, and I offer a 100% refund at anytime should you decide FrontLine Employee doesn't meet your needs in every way.

"Aloha, Dan – I sent out the February Frontline Employee yesterday and got a call today thanking me for the excellent articles. She wanted to know more information on one of the stories – the Pennsylvania weight loss study – and I was able to Google the information and send her the links, but she was very thankful for the information!! Thanks for helping us look good once again!"
